We manufacture thermal production systems for the photovoltaic and semiconductor industry.
Our product portfolio covers special systems for semiconductor and microsystem technology, nanotechnology, photovoltaics and thin-film technologies. We exclusively supply centrotherm photovoltaics AG with production systems for the photovoltaics industry, including diffusion furnaces, PECVD systems as well as drying and fast-firing furnaces. We are part of the centrotherm photovoltaics group, a leading global technology and services provider for the manufacturing of solar cells and solar silicon.
We supply our technologies and process systems to major semiconductor manufacturers and leading international research and development organizations worldwide.
